Module 2: Hr – Performance Management?
Performance management is a key process in any organization. It assists the management and staff to focus on the key issues and business objectives to ensure sustainability in an increasing competitive environment. People are a major source of competitive advantage. Organizations are challenged in deciding how to nurture, develop and manage its people in a manner that maximizes their performance.

be able to investigate and explore the major systems for enhancing the performance of employees at all levels and to advise their organizations on the effective best practices.
Module 3: Contemporary HRM?
Explores the contemporary issues that have emerged or evolved in Human Resource Management (HRM) during the 21st century, such as social media, issues of climate change and artificial intelligence (AI), and provides insight from expert academics in the field alongside real world examples.

The learner will:

2. Discuss the trends affecting human resource management.
3. Describe important competencies human resource managers need today.
4. Explain and give examples of strategic human resource management.
5. Discuss three strategic management tools managers use.
